Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Product Management

Manage and update product listings, descriptions, prices, and images on e-commerce platforms.
Ensure all product information is accurate, engaging, and SEO-optimized.
Coordinate with the content and design teams to ensure the website reflects seasonal trends, promotions, and new product launches.
Regularly audit the website for broken links, errors, or outdated content.
Order Processing Inventory Management

Oversee order fulfillment, ensuring smooth processing from order receipt to delivery.
Monitor stock levels, liaise with inventory teams, and ensure product availability online.
Handle returns, refunds, and customer inquiries promptly.
Digital Marketing Campaigns

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, promotions, and discount strategies.
Manage social media platforms to promote e-commerce offerings.
Implement and track SEO, PPC, and paid media campaigns to boost website traffic.
Customer Engagement Support

Respond to customer queries, reviews, and complaints efficiently to maintain a positive brand reputation.
Develop strategies to enhance customer retention through loyalty programs or personalized marketing.
Analytics Reporting

Track website performance, sales trends, and user behavior using analytics tools.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and marketing ROI.
Identify opportunities to improve the user experience (UX) and conversion rates.
