Job Title: Ecommerce Executive
Location: Ranchpride Agrocomm Pvt Ltd, MIDC Koparkhairne, Navi Mumbai
Reports To: Ecommerce Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Six days a week
Job Summary:
Ranchpride Agrocomm Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and proactive Ecommerce Assistant to join our team in MIDC Koparkhairne, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have over 1 year of experience handling Indian ecommerce websites and will assist in the management and optimization of our online sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Website Management: Assist in maintaining and updating product listings on various Indian ecommerce platforms.
• Order Processing: Manage order processing, including order entry, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues related to online orders.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock availability across ecommerce platforms.
• Sales Analysis: Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
• Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and optimize product listings for better visibility and sales.
• Report Generation: Prepare and present regular reports on ecommerce performance and key metrics.
Qualifications:
• Education: Any graduate.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience handling Indian ecommerce websites.
• Skills: Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, Meesho), strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with online sales and marketing techniques.
• Personal Attributes: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
