We started in salons, earning the trust of top stylists across India, and are now scaling rapidly through our direct-to-consumer launch.
Founded by Saumya Yadav (Stanford GSB ’19, IIT Delhi ’13; ex-Urban Company, ex-Udayy) and Atit Jain (BITS Pilani ’09; 2X founder – Pluss, Bulbul; ex-VC at Elevation Capital), we’re VC-backed and building a category-defining brand from the ground up.
Your Role: E-Commerce Executive
As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining product listings across our e-commerce and marketplace platforms. You will ensure that all product information, images, descriptions, pricing, and other catalogue details are accurate, updated, and presented correctly.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
• Product Cataloguing & Listings
• Create and update product listings across e-commerce and marketplace platforms
• Upload product images, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and other relevant information
• Ensure all product information is accurate and up-to-date
• Maintain consistency of product information across different platforms
• Ensure new products and SKUs are listed within timelines
• Catalogue Management
• Regularly check product listings for errors, missing information, or outdated content
• Update product information based on changes in pricing, packaging, product details, or inventory
• Maintain and organize catalogue data and product databases
• Ensure all required fields and platform-specific information are correctly updated
• Content & Image Coordination
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for creatives and visibility boosts
• Ensure the correct images and creatives are uploaded for each SKU
• Check product titles, descriptions, and other content for accuracy and consistency
• Platform Coordination
• Manage catalogue-related updates across platforms such as Amazon, Nykaa, Blinkit, Myntra, etc
• Coordinate with relevant platform teams to resolve catalogue and listing-related issues
• Data & Reporting
• Maintain regular trackers for SKUs, listings, and catalogue updates
• Track pending catalogue changes and ensure timely completion
• Share updates on catalogue status
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Listing Accuracy: Accuracy of product information across platforms
• Catalogue Completion: % of SKUs with complete product information
• Timely Updates: Completion of catalogue updates within timelines
• Listing Health: Reduction in errors, missing information, and inactive listings
• Data Accuracy: Consistency of product information across platforms
What We're Looking For
• Candidates with 0–3 years of experience are welcome to apply
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
• Basic understanding of e-commerce and D2C is a plus
• High ownership and willingness to learn
