E-Commerce Executive (Amazon, Flipkart and Online Marketplace)

We are looking for a suitable Candidate with the following qualifications and experience:
• Preferred experience in the publishing industry, with knowledge of book entry and related processes.
• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
• Excellent typing speed with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of eprocurement, Government Tender and Gem Tender work
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including working knowledge of formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, and other advanced Excel functions.
• Working knowledge of the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal, including tender participation and bidding procedures.
• Ability to write professional emails independently with good written communication skills.
• Experience with online selling portals such as Amazon, Flipkart, Firstcry, etc.
• Product listing and catalog management
• Order execution and inventory handling
• Stock Management
• Customer Care Management
• Purchasing of Books
• Coordinate with Logistics Department for delivery of packets
• Track and Trace the parcel
• Bulk Listing on Amazon and other online portals
