E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our E-Commerce Platforms ( Amz, Flip ). The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in E-commerce operations ( Amz, Flip ), strong command over written English, and will handle all aspects of platform management, including product listing, order management, inventory tracking, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, update, and manage product listings on Ecommerce platforms.
Optimize product listings for SEO and sales conversion.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouses to ensure stock availability.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback.
Track and analyze sales performance and generate reports.
Manage promotional campaigns and discount offers on platforms.
Stay updated with platform policies, trends, and best practices.
Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: Graduate.
Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations on Amazon and Flipkart.
Excellent reading and writing skills in English.
Good knowledge of Excel and its formulas for data analysis and reporting.
Awareness and understanding of basic AI tools and how to utilize them.
Knowledge of SEO, keywords, and content optimization for product listings.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
