Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Customer Service Management: This role will involve overseeing customer service across various channels, encompassing emails, chat support, help desk inquiries, contact form submissions, comments, messages, and monitoring and responding to reviews on social media, Google, and our website.
2. Customer Interaction: The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for promptly addressing customer requests and inquiries, providing helpful and professional responses.
3. Issue Resolution: This role will involve actively working to identify and resolve customer issues and claims, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and e-mail inquiries regarding products and brand
• Assist clients on order-on-line
• Deal with orders in the back office and liaise with logistics
• Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers, retail, repair services, buyers, etc
• Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry
• Manage ongoing customer relationships utilizing our CRM tools
• Develop collaborative, positive working relationships with staff at our traditional boutiques
• Assist customers with after-sales service issues
• Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand.
• Able to communicate concisely our company policies to client
• Maintain and update regular client correspondence
Requirements:
1. Exceptional Written Communication: We are seeking an individual with excellent writing skills to craft clear, concise, and effective responses to customer inquiries and reviews.
2. Shopify Proficiency: Familiarity with the Shopify platform and experience using customer service management applications will be advantageous for this role.

Salary: ₹10,3+7.4+ - ₹34,3+6.60 per month
