E‑commerce Growth Expert – Agra (Full‑Time)
Timing: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + performance incentives
About the Role We are looking for a driven E‑commerce Growth Expert with 3–5 years of experience to scale our online sales across Amazon and all major marketplaces. The ideal candidate understands marketplace algorithms, growth levers, quick commerce operations, and can independently manage end‑to‑end e‑commerce performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Grow sales and visibility on Amazon through listings optimization, ads, deals, and performance analytics.
• Manage and scale presence on Flipkart, Jiomart, Meesho, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other marketplaces.
• Handle product listings, catalog accuracy, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination.
• Monitor daily sales, ROAS, keyword performance, and marketplace KPIs.
• Coordinate with operations, design, and customer support teams for smooth order flow.
• Plan and execute strategies for quick commerce platforms.
• Identify new marketplace opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
• 3–5 years of proven experience in e‑commerce marketplace management.
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and marketplace algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with quick commerce platforms.
• Ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and drive measurable growth.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Based in Agra or willing to relocate.
