Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Assistant to support our Amazon marketplace operations. This role is crucial in ensuring our product listings are optimized, inventory is maintained, and customer queries are handled efficiently. The ideal candidate has experience with Amazon Seller Central (or Vendor Central), excellent analytical skills, and a passion for e-commerce.
Skills & Requirement:
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, keyword tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout), and analytics dashboards.
Experience in e-commerce, preferably managing Amazon seller/vendor accounts.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Amazon advertising (PPC campaigns).
Knowledge of SEO and product ranking on Amazon.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Product Listings: Create, update, and optimize Amazon listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, bullet points, images, A+ content).
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the warehouse or suppliers, and ensure products remain in stock.
Pricing & Promotions: Assist with setting up deals, coupons, and pricing strategies to stay competitive.
Order & Return Monitoring: Track order status, resolve fulfillment issues, and handle customer returns.
Performance Tracking: Analyze sales, traffic, and conversion metrics; support with weekly/monthly reporting.
Customer Service Support: Respond to customer queries and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Compliance: Ensure listings and practices comply with Amazon policies and brand guidelines.
Support Marketing: Coordinate with marketing for ad campaigns (Amazon PPC, DSP), email marketing, or cross-channel promotions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
