Full job description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Account Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace presence across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Etsy, and others.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Etsy, and other marketplaces
Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, pricing)
Monitor and manage order processing, returns, cancellations, and customer queries
Analyze sales performance and generate weekly/monthly reports
Run and monitor paid campaigns (e.g., Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads)
Ensure account health, compliance with platform policies, and resolve any issues or suspensions
Identify new trends and suggest product/category expansion
Work closely with content, design, and operations teams to improve visibility and sales.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1+ year of experience in handling e-commerce marketplace accounts
Proficient with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel, Etsy Shop Manager, etc.
Good knowledge of SEO for product listings
Strong Excel and report analysis skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
