Delivery Driver for a licensed dispensary in Manhattan.
*You must have you own e-bike. Please do not apply if you do not have an e-bike.
* You must be 21+
* Drivers will deliver orders using the proper protocols including carrying product in locked bags, verifying customer IDs and obtaining signatures before releasing orders. This is a responsibility we take seriously and we expect our driver to take seriously as well.
*Delivery area is to all of Manhattan below Central Park.
* 4 days/ wk Wed-Sat 2-10pm
* $17.00/hr plus tips
* Good communication skills and ability to communicate in English are needed.
We are looking for a permanent team member to join our growing dispensary.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift
Evening shift
Night shift
Responsibilities
Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
Ensure timely delivery of products while adhering to scheduled routes.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and delivery confirmations.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery status and any potential delays.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar courier role is preferred.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to navigate using GPS or maps for efficient route planning.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
