A Duty Manager is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of a business during their shift. This role is common in hotels, restaurants, retail stores, supermarkets, and entertainment venues.
Job description
Typical responsibilities include:
Supervising staff and assigning duties.
Opening and closing the business.
Ensuring excellent customer service.
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues.
Monitoring cash handling and daily sales.
Managing staff schedules and breaks.
Ensuring health, safety, and security procedures are followed.
Maintaining stock levels and coordinating inventory.
Training and supporting team members.
Preparing reports for senior management.
Pay: $4,200.00 – $6,000.00 per month
