About Nipro India Healthcare RD Skill Center (NIH):

NIH is Nipro’s specialized platform in India focused on research, digital healthcare innovation, and clinical training. Our mission is to elevate dialysis care in India by merging advanced technology with clinical excellence.

As a Duy Doctor, you will play a key role in patient safety, clinical coordination, and quality control at our partner dialysis centers, while also supporting continuous innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Management
• Conduct clinical examinations before and after dialysis sessions.
• Identify and respond to complications or emergencies.
• Provide reassurance and medical support to patients and caregivers.

2. Clinical Documentation Coordination
• Maintain accurate clinical records and dialysis notes.
• Prepare necessary medical documentation.
• Coordinate with nephrologists for complex or critical cases.

3. Quality Compliance
• Ensure adherence to clinical SOPs.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with international dialysis standards.
• Analyze clinical data to enhance outcomes.

4. Education Communication
• Engage in CME programs to stay current with best practices.
• Promote a culture of learning and clinical excellence.

Qualifications:
• MBBS (mandatory)
• Valid registration with Delhi Medical Council or relevant authority
• Experience in nephrology/dialysis is preferred
