We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Duct Fitter's Mate / Labourer to support our experienced duct fitting teams on commercial projects. This is an excellent opportunity to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career within the HVAC industry.
Essential Requirements
Applicants must have:
Valid CSCS Card
Full UK Driving Licence
Key Responsibilities
Assist duct fitters with the installation of ductwork systems.
Prepare, load, unload, and transport materials and tools.
Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork under supervision.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised worksite.
Assist with basic maintenance and repair works when required.
Work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
What We're Looking For
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work.
Basic experience using hand and power tools is beneficial.
