Our mission is to create a strong, healthy and happy community through old world wellness rituals in a clean, safe and friendly environment. We facilitate relaxation and rejuvenation in a social atmosphere.
In addition to a dry sauna, steam room and hydrotherapy pools, we offer services like massages, salt scrubs and mud wraps.
Job Description:
As a dual Spa Attendant/Front Desk employee you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with both VIP members, weekly spa users, and new clientele.
We are looking for someone to join our closing team four days a week!
Our spa closes to guests at 10pm and we usually leave together as a team somewhere between 10:30pm & 11:00pm.
Tuesday 1pm to close
Wednesday4pm to close
Thursday4pm to close
Sunday 4pm to close
Duties:
Monitoring and maintaining pool chemistry
Laundry
Tea and water lounge upkeep
Spa facility cleanliness
Hourly cleaning and sanitizing
Answering phones and text messages
Booking and managing the service schedule
Checking clients in and out of the facility
Monitoring the client waiver process
Issuing and redeeming gift certificates
Creating invoices/ Receiving payments
Skills and Abilities:
Intermediate keyboard skills
Strong ability to multi-task
Professional demeanor
Ability to thrive in an extremely physical environment where multi-tasking and organization is key.
Ability to adapt to the day and switch between roles as needed.
Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 60lbs throughout the day.
Must be able to quickly and safely move up and down stairs
Must be able to work standing for the majority of your shift.
Must be able to work in a warm and humid environment.
Reception, hospitality or appointment booking experience.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and be of high moral and ethical standard.
Personal Attributes:
Upbeat, friendly and energetic.
People-oriented with a positive attitude.
Thrives in a customer service-focused environment.
Team player who values relationships with co-workers and guests.
Scheduling + Compensation:
In order to create a better work life balance, this will be your set schedule and it will not change week to week.
Hourly wage is $21.32 per hour.
