Compensation: $750–$1,110/week (base pay plus per photo pay, based on output)

Job Description:
AFS Aerial Photography Inc., a leader in rural aerial photography for over 67 years, is seeking a drone pilot to join our seasonal team. This is a unique opportunity to travel across Canada capturing high-quality drone images of rural properties and farmland.
What You’ll Do:
• Operate a company-provided drone to capture aerial photographs in rural locations
• Work independently in the field, flying during all good-weather days
• Travel regionally and nationally for up to 4 months
• Capture and upload photographs according to company standards and schedules
• Maintain accurate logs and ensure compliance with Transport Canada drone regulations
Qualifications:
• Basic Drone Pilot Certificate (Transport Canada) — Required
• Post-secondary diploma (drone, aviation, photography, or geography-related) — Preferred
• Prior drone photography experience — Preferred
• Clean Criminal Record Check — Required
• Must be comfortable with extended travel and working independently
Compensation & Perks:
• Base Pay plus Pay per photo — average $750–$1,100/week
• All equipment, travel, gas, and accommodations provided
• Paid training provided before deployment
Contract Duration:
• 4 months of continuous travel (May 24 – September 30 or as weather permits)

• Do you currently hold a valid Basic Drone Pilot Certificate issued by Transport Canada?
• This role involves up to 4 months of travel across Canada. Are you available to work continuously from mid-May to mid-October, traveling full-time across Western Canada without returning home during that period?

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:
