Pay: $22.50 - $24.75 per hour (Up to $24.75 actual pay based on consistent 10 hour days. Typical shifts are from 8 - 10 Hours)

This is a full-time driver position with AmaZino Synergy Logistics, delivering packages for Amazon. Weekend availability is required.

AmaZino Synergy Logistics, a veteran Amazon Delivery Service Partner, is hiring Delivery Drivers for residential and commercial deliveries across Hawthorne and the surrounding areas. Benefits & Scheduling:
Pay: $22.50 - $24.75 per hour (paid biweekly)
Shifts: 10-hour shifts, 4-day workweek (32-40 hours) with potential for additional days.
Breaks: Two paid 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute meal break per shift.
Incentives: Performance-based incentives and bonuses.
Insurance: Medical coverage available if offered Full Time after the Seasonal period ends.
Paid Time Off: Starts accruing from day one.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Safely handle and deliver 300-400 packages per day.
Perform safety inspections on company vehicles and adhere to all local, state, and company regulations.
Provide excellent customer service, even in challenging situations.
Work efficiently in a physically demanding job, lifting packages up to 50 lbs, and navigating various locations throughout the day.
Use smartphone technology for GPS navigation, package scanning, and communication with the team.
Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle.
Assist fellow team members when needed.
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (excluding marijuana).
Clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations may disqualify).
Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
Strong attendance record, with minimal unexcused absences.
Equipment Provided:
Delivery vehicle and fuel
Handheld technology (phones, chargers)
Uniforms and necessary safety gear
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience with larger vehicles like Sprinter Vans, 15-passenger vans, buses, box trucks, or semis is a plus (also includes Flex, Uber, Lyft, pizza delivery, auto parts delivery, etc.).
Physically capable of handling the demands of the job, including walking, lifting, bending, and stooping.
Safe driving practices, adherence to traffic rules, and respect for company policies are essential.
Must maintain respect for others and treat company vehicles as your own.
Hiring Process: The hiring process typically takes about one to two weeks to complete but may take longer.
