About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, physically fit Driver & Pack-out Specialist who can handle our specialized vehicles and treat our customers’ items with the highest level of care.
What You’ll Do
Drive & Navigate: Safely operate company vehicles (vans/box trucks) to and from job sites.
The "Pack-out": Carefully inventory, wrap, and pack clothing, textiles, and electronics from affected homes.
Heavy Lifting: Loading and unloading items; must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
Customer Service: Act as a professional and empathetic point of contact for homeowners during a stressful time.
Warehouse Support: Assist with the check-in and cleaning process when back at the facility.
What We’re Looking For
Clean Driving Record: A valid driver’s license and a history of safe driving are a must.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stay on your feet, bend, lift, and move for the duration of a shift.
Attention to Detail: You’ll be handling fragile items that need to be documented correctly.
Empathy: A "helper" mindset. We work with people who have just gone through a crisis.
