Job Description
Who We Are:
Our premier criminal defense, immigration, and family law firm is looking to immediately add a Personal Assistant & Driver to support our founder, Robert Tsigler. We are a top-rated and rapidly expanding law firm and are interested in a candidate who is dedicated, reliable, and looking to grow within our organization. Our main office is located near City Hall in downtown Manhattan, NYC, and we have satellite offices in Brooklyn and Nassau County. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to excel in an energetic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
This is a hybrid position. Depending on the needs of the founding attorney, you may work from your home or various other locations.
Have a valid driver's license as you will drive the Founder as needed
Be a problem solver
Efficiently and effectively attend to any assigned tasks
Organize and prepare documents as needed
Showcase excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Work independently, prioritizing, and multitasking as necessary
This is a part-time position, growing into a full-time position for the right candidate.
Typical tasks include but are not limited to:
Driving
Organizing
Running errands
Cleaning
Managing calendars
What We Offer:
Excellent pay, commensurate with experience. The position will start part time approximately 3 days a week and will grow into a full-time position.
