Job Description

Duties
Safely operate a range of vehicles such as shuttle buses, limousines, school buses, and personal vehicles for client transportation needs
Ensure compliance with all state transportation regulations and company policies during every trip
Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients with boarding, luggage handling, and addressing inquiries politely and professionally
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and operational readiness
Manage scheduling and route planning efficiently to meet client appointments on time
Communicate clearly with clients and team members using effective verbal skills to coordinate pickups, drop-offs, and any route adjustments
Perform manual handling tasks including loading/unloading luggage or equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols
Requirements
Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., CDL for commercial or bus driving) with a clean driving record
Proven experience as a shuttle driver, delivery driver, bus driver, or in similar commercial driving roles
Familiarity with state transportation regulations and safety standards for passenger or commercial vehicle operation
Strong communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members
Ability to perform heavy lifting or manual handling tasks safely when required
Experience in customer service environments emphasizing professionalism and courtesy
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics to identify issues early and ensure vehicle safety standards are met
Prior experience with paratransit services or school bus driving is a plus but not mandatory
