Process transactions using our POS system and ensure accurate handling of cash and credit payments
Prepare and deliver drinks, ice cream treats and other menu items in a timely manner
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
Collaborate with kitchen and other team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drive-thru area
Uphold health and safety standards at all times
Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels of supplies and condiments
