*Position:* Door-to-Door Marketing Representative
*Location:* Mississauga, Ontario (field-based)
*Type:* Full-time
*Compensation:* Base pay CAD $17.60/hr + commission + Fuel Charges.
*Key Responsibilities:*
In-person prospecting visits to target businesses
Presenting Starworks’ recruitment & staffing solutions to HR and hiring managers
Securing introductory meetings and consultation commitments
Distributing branded marketing materials
Reporting daily visit logs and prospect feedback
*Requirements:*
Prior field sales or B2B experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven and target-oriented
Reliable transportation within assigned territory
Pay: $17.60 per hour
