Domestic Voice process- Language Expert (Oriya, Bengali and Bhojpuri) for Chandigarh Location
Role & responsibilities
• Handle domestic customer through calls to provide exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer queries related to products/services in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals.
Preferred candidate profile
• 0-5 years of experience in BPO Voice processing or similar industry.
• Proficiency in at least one regional languiage- Bhojpuri, Odia and Bengali (mandatory)
• English language proficiency (written & spoken).
• Effective call handling Skills.
