Position Title: Telecaller
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecaller for Domestic sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle outbound calls, and contribute to lead generation in order to invite them to exhibit their products for an Exhibition.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential manufacturers & buyers to promote products/services
• Invite Manufacturers to exhibit their product for the Exhibition
• Invite International Buyers to visit the exhibition.
• Maintain customer records
• Follow up on leads and nurture client relationships
• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Ability to follow scripts and adapt to customer responses
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in tele calling or customer service preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
