Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Domestic Admissions Advisor / Enrollment Counselor to guide prospective domestic students through the admissions process and convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments. This role combines consultative counseling, sales expertise, and operational excellence to achieve enrollment and revenue targets while ensuring a positive student experience.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Counseling
Counsel domestic students on programs, eligibility, career pathways, fees, and intake options
Guide applicants through the full process: inquiry → application → documentation → offer → enrollment
Ensure accurate, transparent, and compliant information at every stage
Provide personalized program recommendations based on student goals
Sales & Enrollment
Manage the complete sales lifecycle from first contact to confirmed enrollment
Convert inbound and outbound leads into applications and enrollments
Maintain consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment and revenue targets
Identify opportunities to upsell suitable programs
Lead Management & CRM
Respond to new leads within 24 hours
Conduct daily follow-ups to maintain pipeline momentum
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records (100% compliance)
Track lead status, activities, and conversion progress
Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with academic, finance, and student services teams
Support onboarding activities and intake readiness
Ensure smooth handover from admissions to student services
Reporting & Process
Maintain daily activity logs and pipeline updates
Participate in weekly pipeline reviews
Submit regular performance reports
Contribute ideas to improve conversion strategies and processes
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field
Experience in admissions, education counseling, sales, or recruitment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
Preferred:
Knowledge of the Canadian education system and domestic admissions
Experience in student recruitment or education sector
Multilingual skills are an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
