Job Description
Designation- Executive – Documentation
Location- Mumbai(Andheri)
Responsibilities include but not limited to
• Reviewing all incoming letters of credit, including L/C drafts, for compliance and financial assessment to mitigate potential risks, especially related to confirmation, reimbursements and financial ratings.
• Co-ordination with overseas offices and banking team to ensure that risk mitigation policies are complied with and corrective actions are taken on an immediate basis or red-flags raised in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of Pre and Post shipment documentation.
• Experience in scrutinizing of LC, BL, third party documents & Inspection Certificates.
• Preparation and checking of Final Documents as per LC / Documentary Instruction / Country requirements.
• Coordinating with Freight Forwarders, Shipping line, Inspection agencies etc. located worldwide.
• Updating status in SAP/EDS/MIS
