Key Responsibilities
Document Validation: Reviewing KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar), educational certificates, and employment records for accuracy and authenticity.
Data Accuracy: Inputting and maintaining verified information in databases, trackers, or company software.
Discrepancy Reporting: Identifying, flagging, and escalating suspicious or fraudulent, and incomplete documents.
Compliance Adherence: Ensuring all processes follow legal standards and company privacy policies.
Stakeholder Coordination: Communicating with candidates, clients, or internal teams to resolve document queries or insufficiencies.
Reporting: Preparing daily MIS reports regarding the status of verification cases.
