Job Description

A Document Verification Executive ensures the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of documents (IDs, KYC, educational, employment proof) submitted by clients or candidates. They review, validate, and securely handle documentation, reporting any discrepancies or fraud to maintain compliance. This role requires high attention to detail and data entry skills.

Key Responsibilities

Document Validation: Reviewing KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar), educational certificates, and employment records for accuracy and authenticity.

Data Accuracy: Inputting and maintaining verified information in databases, trackers, or company software.

Discrepancy Reporting: Identifying, flagging, and escalating suspicious or fraudulent, and incomplete documents.

Compliance Adherence: Ensuring all processes follow legal standards and company privacy policies.

Stakeholder Coordination: Communicating with candidates, clients, or internal teams to resolve document queries or insufficiencies.

Reporting: Preparing daily MIS reports regarding the status of verification cases.

Age limit -18 to 29 years only

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
