Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Document Verification Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for verifying and validating legal and financial documents related to property transactions, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify customer-submitted documents including ID proof, address proof, financial statements, booking forms, and KYC documents.
Validate legal property documents such as title deeds, sale agreements, allotment letters
Ensure accuracy and authenticity of documentation submitted for real estate purchases, leases, or transfers.
Coordinate with clients, internal departments, and legal teams to clarify or collect incomplete/missing documentation.
Maintain proper filing and secure digital storage of all verified documents.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,235.58 - ₹16,+4+.38 per month
