Document Specialist

Job Description:

Design complex document templates which include:

Placement of text boxes, images, logos and barcodes in the correct position

Placement of dynamic content at the correct position

Defining rules using VB Script

Ensuring the correctness of all customer content

Ensure content and style are properly rendered in the output

Able to proof for complex style, composition and spelling errors

Correcting errors and revising documents as per client instructions with speed and accuracy

Working closely with clients and stakeholders globally to ensure all templates are designed in the required format

Skills Required:

Experience in Document Composition systems (e.g. Opentext Exstream)- analysis, design, development and implementation of new and existing document solutions

Expertise in Designing and formatting complex word documents, formatting and designing cells and charts on Excel, using VB scripts and functions in Excel.
