Responsibilities
Operate high-speed scanners and related equipment to digitize a variety of documents, including files, records, and forms.
Accurately input data into databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and spreadsheets using data entry skills.
Organize and file scanned documents systematically to facilitate easy retrieval and maintain confidentiality.
Verify the quality of scanned images, perform image corrections as needed, and ensure data integrity throughout the process.
Manage multiple scanning projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
Maintain detailed logs of scanned documents, processing times, and any issues encountered during scanning operations.
Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure seamless integration of digital files into existing record-keeping systems.
Requirements
Proven experience with data entry in Excel, Word processing, and productivity software such as Microsoft Office.
Strong computer skills with familiarity in database systems, spreadsheets (including pivot tables), and office productivity tools.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
Demonstrated proficiency in 10-key typing, transcription, and order entry tasks with high accuracy.
Basic math skills for verifying data accuracy and performing simple calculations when needed.
Experience working with document management or imaging software is preferred but not required.
Prior clerical or office experience involving filing, data collection, or administrative support is advantageous.
Ability to sit for long periods of time while doing monotonous tasks.
Must be able to work independently and be self driven
