Job Description
Overall Project/Task description
• Document management and Filing process knowledge – Mailroom
• Accounts Payable or Vendor helpdesk knowledge Experience
• Verify payable information in the system & highlight any data discrepancy
• Respond to queries in a timely and accurate manner via email or call
• Create data trackers for supporting monitoring activities
• Assist team leader in a timely and appropriate manner with regards to DM activities
• Timeliness: Completion of DM volume as per defined Turn Around Time
• Accuracy: Ensure 100% accuracy rate in day-to-day activities to ensure Service Level Agreements are met.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in Operations
Additional Information
• Working on any Financial module
• Good Excel skills
• Experience in shared services / customer facing environment
• PTP knowledge
• Understanding of standard operating procedures
• Basic knowledge of system, applications, operating tools and metrics
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
