Document Controller

Document Controller, We are currently looking for a document controller on a large high end residential project based in Mayfair. The Project Consists of 180 apartments and is set to run for 35 months. The company is a large ME contractor with multiple projects all over the UK.

Document Controller duties

* Establish and maintain document control processes and procedures.

* Manage the company's document management system

* Ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily retrievable.

* Manage workflow of documentation on EDMS systems

* Reports

* Working closely with the project teams / contractors to ensure all design information and drawings are issued

* Uploading, scanning drawings

* Creating, issuing and managing the RFI process for both clients and subcontractors

* Weekly meetings with the project manager

* Generate weekly reports to advise Design Team of any drawing comments not completed within workflow timescale.

* Electronic and paper filing.

* Tracking and monitoring document revisions

The company are offering a salary of £40k – 45k + Package.
