Care Health Insurance is seeking qualified and detail-oriented Doctors to join our team in Vadodara, Gujarat. The role involves the meticulous review of health insurance claims, policy evaluation, and coordination with medical professionals to ensure the accuracy and validity of submissions. As part of Care Health Insurance, you will help streamline claim processes and uphold high standards of compliance and customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Review insurance claim forms for accuracy and completeness before processing
• Verify if treatments or prescriptions fall under the patient's insurance coverage using databases or direct communication with healthcare providers
• Submit verified claims via electronic claim systems and conduct a final review upon submission
• Interpret policy terms and apply them to the claims assessment process at Care Health Insurance
• Update policy documents and claims when coverage changes occur and inform relevant stakeholders
• Stay updated on applicable medical insurance regulations (local, state, and federal)
• Handle all patient-related data in compliance with medical privacy laws (HIPAA and equivalent)
• Coordinate with physicians, TPA representatives, and internal teams to ensure efficient processing
Requirements:
• BDS, BPT, MPT, BHMS, BUMS, or BAMS degree holders only
• Prior experience in health insurance, TPA claim processes, or hospital administration is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of the TPA claim cycle and insurance documentation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and digital reporting tools
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• High attention to detail and a strong understanding of policy interpretation
• Ability to work within a structured compliance-driven environment at Care Health Insurance
