He / She will be responsible for productivity of the Branches, Accountable for overall profitability of the branch, responsible for recruitment, retention & development of Branch Managers, Sales Managers & Agent
DM. Manages 3 units/3 BM'S reporting
Required Candidate profile
Candidate with Similar Experience in Life insurance from Agency background will be preferred.
To meet the yearly revenue targets for the Office/Branch
Owns the budgets for the location.
