Job Title: Distribution Head (GM Level) Location: Delhi NCR Industry: Beverages Experience: 15+ Years Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are hiring a Distribution Head (GM Level) for a leading organization in the Beverages Industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and distribution, with proven expertise in driving GTM and RTM strategies across Delhi NCR and UP markets. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and drive end-to-end distribution operations across the assigned region. • Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) and Route-To-Market (RTM) strategies. • Strengthen distributor network and improve market coverage. • Drive primary and secondary sales while ensuring business growth. • Manage channel partners, distributors, and field sales teams. • Monitor sales performance, inventory, and distribution efficiency. •
Identify growth opportunities and implement market expansion strategies. • Build and lead high-performing sales and distribution teams. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Required Skills & Experience: • 15+ years of experience in the Beverages Industry. • Must have handled Distribution at a senior leadership level. • Experience working as an Area Sales Manager (ASM) with progression into Distribution Leadership. • Strong knowledge of GTM and RTM execution. • Extensive experience in Delhi NCR and UP markets. • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong analytical and business planning capabilities.
