Key Responsibilities will include:
Schedule drivers routes to ensure optimal utilization of manpower and equipment
Monitor and maintain driver safety records
Manage daily activity of the fleet
Liaise with maintenance to ensure availability for maintenance and inspections
Prepare reports on trucking performance and productivity
Maintain active contact with other terminals to optimize resources
Maintain working knowledge of products hauled, regulations and operating authorities
Ensure driver's compliance with HOS and Safety regulations when dispatching
We need you to have:
At least a High School diploma
At least 6 months of experience in truck dispatching is required
Proficient computer skills
Spoken Hindi or Punjabi is an asset
