Working Details
• Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
• Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Fixed Off)
• Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Personal Laptop is mandatory
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Dispatch & Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end dispatch operations and ensure smooth order fulfillment. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, hands-on experience with logistics processes, and the ability to work closely with internal teams and delivery partners to ensure timely and secure shipments.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end dispatch operations and shipment coordination
• Coordinate with Business Development Associates (BDA) regarding order dispatch timelines and customer commitments
• Handle shipment booking, tracking, documentation, and updates through logistics portals
• Monitor dispatch performance, delivery timelines, and shipment status
• Communicate with vendors, transport partners, and internal teams for smooth operations
• Maintain dispatch records, shipment MIS, and logistics reports
• Resolve shipment delays and operational issues proactively
• Ensure accurate packaging, dispatch documentation, and delivery confirmations
• Optimize logistics processes for better efficiency and customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1-3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or supply chain coordination
• Good knowledge of logistics operations and shipment handling
• Hands-on experience with dispatch/shipping portals and logistics software
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office
• Ability to multitask and take ownership of operations
• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred .
