About Us:

Blue Lobster Public House is hiring! We are searching for talented, driven, and caring individuals to join our Culinary Team. Ideal candidates share a passion for the service industry, are willing to learn and grow professionally and take pride in producing a high-quality product as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a dishwashing machine to clean dishware, flatware, and glassware.
Ensure clean wares are stored in appropriate areas.
Follow a clean-as-you-go mantra to ensure the kitchen area is always clean and orderly.
Wash and disinfect kitchen and storage areas, work surfaces, tools, and equipment.
Waste management and disposal.
Ensure kitchen operations meet restaurant safety and health standards.
Ensure constant and consistent quality and cleanliness.
Function as part of a team, with a focus on positive and effective communication.
Key Requirements

Positive attitude demonstrated in previous work or involvement in teams.
Ability to learn new skills, and work efficiently and effectively.
Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to safely and repetitively lift heavy items.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills.
Experience in a restaurant or food production environment is considered an asset (if you have potential and little experience, we still want to meet you).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $15.70 per hour
