About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to support participants in the community and at home. This role focuses on promoting independence, community participation, and achieving individual goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal care and daily living support
Community access and social participation
Transport to appointments
Supporting independence and life skills
Ability to complete well detailed progress notes and incident report
Requirements:
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Police Clearance
First Aid & CPR
Driver’s Licence + reliable vehicle
Comprehensive car insurance
NDIS Worker Orientation
Infection Control Training
Employment Details:
Casual (SCHADS Award Level 2)
Flexible shifts (weekday/weekend)
Immediate start
Ongoing shifts available
Location: Adelaide (Northern suburbs preferred)
