About the Role
Windsor Health is seeking an experienced and reliable Disability SIL Supervisor to support a participant in the Riverlea Park area. This casual role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and leading support staff.

You will play a key role in supervising supports, ensuring compliance, and assisting the participant with daily living and community access.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver and oversee in-home support and community participation
Supervise and guide support workers (SIL environment)
Assist with daily living tasks and promote independence
Maintain accurate case notes, incident reports, and documentation
Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and care plans
Requirements (Essential)

Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, or Aged Care
Experience in Disability Support / Aged Care / PCA / AIN
Proven experience as a SIL Supervisor
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Manual Handling Certificate (current)
Full Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle
Australian working rights
Flexible availability (including weekends if required)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $36.00 – $72.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

First Aid Certification (Preferred)
National Police Certificate (Preferred)
Driver Licence (Preferred)
Work Authorisation:

Australia (Preferred)
