People Advisory Services - Director
Our client is a global leading player in the professional consultancy services, looking to hire a Director for its Mumbai location. This is a team management role reporting into the Partner.
As People Advisory Services - Director for the MENA region, the key responsibilities will be:
- Solutioning: identify problems and recommend solutions to your clientele
- Drive the P&L of the business vertical
- Business Management: managing P&L; overseeing large projects up to 1 Cr
- Be accountable and drive the pipeline for the business vertical
- Stakeholder Management - drive and built partnerships with key stakeholders and clients
- Talent Management: manpower planning, budgeting change management, rewards- organization structure
Ideal Candidate :
- Someone who comes with at least 12+ years of experience from a consulting background
- Comes with pedigree- MBA from Top Tier colleges
- Someone who comes with experience in Talent Management manpower planning, budgeting change management, rewards- organization structure
