• Very good understanding of nuances of the domain, has worked in domain as SME for 4 to 5 years- Good analytical and research skills for creating Industry, competitor, and client insights.- Good knowledge of analytical tools- Experience in handling solutions and worked in deals identifying the key win strategies or themes for the bid, culling out the key differentiators- Good understanding of sales and solution cycle- Good team collaboration skills for bid management- Good skills to analyze the client aspects needed for the solution- Responsible for working with BD teams with building strategies for potential client wins- Knowledge on identifying the key win strategies or themes for the bid, culling out the key differentiators, understanding and communication the client/ Sales community expectations- Strategic oversight and overall development of the industry services GTM strategy build- Identify key organizations with potential and build relationship with BD/ SAM teams +- stakeholder mapping and account plansQualification:- Minimum of 5-10 years of bid management experience within the BPM/ BPO / Digitally integrated services industry- Excellent knowledge on the domain specified.
