we are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a General manager Tourism with 10 to 15 years of Experience. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to work with clients to create a comfortable schedule the meet their needs, you will be responsible for overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring our profits are on the rise.you will be handling all the tourism activities. Besides this you also need to plan and promote tours. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
Preparing travel calendars
Planning Tour as per the need of the client
Communicating and coordinating with hotel managers, Travel department
Making sure the needs of all the tour staff and performers are met
Sorting out any logistical issues whilst the group are on tour
Making all travel arrangements
Making all accommodation arrangements
Ensuring all expenses is within the tour’s budget.
Designing Brochures and invitations
Design strategy and set goals for growth
Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
Plans and directs the operations and other departments
Establishes the financial and service standards of the organization
Prepares budgets
Monitors expenses

Proven working experience as a as a General Manager or similar executive role in Tourism industry
