• Demonstrated ability to enhance or develop educational programs within a school setting.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills to foster a supportive community.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is essential; Montessori certification is preferred but not mandatory.
