As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will apply your dynamic abilities by:
Maintaining the budgeted census levels at your community through a coordination of external and internal marketing efforts
Guaranteeing that residents and their families experience a high level of customer service through an effective admissions process
Developing and maintaining relationships to advise them of programs and services the community can provide
Maintaining a working knowledge of Federal and State regulations
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Knowledge of reimbursement programs and managed care referral processes
Education or previous experience in the healthcare field
Able to communicate effectively
