Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Business Development - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the wedding and conference segment.
Market Research & Client Acquisition - Identify potential clients, establish partnerships, and grow the business in the luxury hospitality sector.
Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, corporate clients, event organizers, and travel agents.
Team Leadership - Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs.
Travel & Networking - Willingness to travel for business development and networking opportunities.
Revenue Management - Work closely with revenue and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Prior experience in wedding and conference venue hotels is a must.
Strong network & connections in the industry.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
