The Director of Product Design will lead design strategy and execution across the platform. This role owns the user experience for complex product areas including CRM, Conversations, Calendars & Surveys.
• This senior leadership role requires a design leader who thrives in complexity and understands systems-heavy SaaS products.
• The Director will own end-to-end design ownership for core product features like data-heavy workflows and omnichannel messaging experiences.
