We are growing rapidly and are looking for a strong leader to expand our brand and business presence across North America.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a visionary Director of Marketing and Sales to lead our go-to-market strategy and revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the North American market, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a strong interest in AI and robotics technologies. Occasional business travel is required to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and explore partnership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for North American markets
Identify and pursue business development opportunities in AI and robotics sectors
Lead branding, digital marketing, and outbound sales initiatives
Manage and mentor a growing sales and marketing team
Analyze customer needs and market trends to position REN Robot products effectively
Represent the company at conferences, client meetings, and trade shows
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners
Report directly to the CEO and work closely with the product and operations teams
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in marketing and/or sales leadership roles (preferably in tech, AI, or robotics)
Strong knowledge of North American B2B sales and marketing landscapes
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and strategic planning skills
Comfortable with both high-level strategy and hands-on execution
Ability and willingness to travel for business purposes
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
Passion for innovation, technology, and automation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
