Atlanta Personal Chef Service is searching for a Director of Sales & Marketing who is passionate about the food and beverage industry. In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the sales and marketing organizations within the company.
Responsibilities
• Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve business and sales goals
• Growing sales in both Weekly Dinner Service and Catering lines of business.
• Reinforce team and systems to support long-term growth and maintain client satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with operational team to meet margin targets
• Monitor industry trends and market competitors to support sales goals
• Provide forecasts to leadership
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant area
• 5+ years' culinary sales, marketing experience (catering and fine dining experience strongly preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Tripleseat
Requirements
• Must pass comprehensive background check and credit check
• Have own transportation to travel to local client homes, events, business location as needed

This position will report directly to the business owner to support the growing business needs.
Compensation
This is an exempt W2 salaried position, offering a competitive base salary along with sales and incentive bonuses that align with the objectives of the role. Benefits currently include short and long term disability and life insurance, IRA with employer match, a health plan solution, paid days off, and more. We are closed on New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
