Role Description: This is a full-time on-site position for a Director of Culinary Operations at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar. The role involves overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing culinary skills, implementing food service standards, and budgeting for F&B operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day food and beverage operations to ensure customer satisfaction
• Oversee the implementation of food service standards and quality control measures
• Develop and manage budgets for F&B operations
• Foster a positive and productive team environment through effective leadership and communication

Requirements:
• Excellent customer service and food service skills
• Culinary skills and experience with menu planning and preparation
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
